Description:

El Cenador de Salvador is a distinguished Spanish restaurant located one hour from Madrid city centre.

The restaurant is owned and run by Michelin star winning Chef Salvador Gallego and is based in a beautiful villa set in stunning scenery, along with Gallego’s small yet luxurious hotel of the same name, the banqueting hall and cookery school.

There are various dining rooms, all charming, which cater for different types of diner, including romantic settings and areas apt for group bookings.

The restaurant has 3 lush garden terraces where meals can be taken al fresco amongst the vegetation and flowers. Every attention to detail has been paid at the El Cenador de Salvador from the plates to the cutlery to the decor and of course the food.

The menu is a mix between traditional Spanish cuisine and modern dishes fusing influences from around the world. Dishes include partridge with roasted shallots and truffle sauce or sea bass with pumpkin pesto and potatoes.

The menu is short and can change on a daily basis according to the produce available that day but is always in a class of its own.

This exquisite restaurant is well worth the trip out of Madrid both for the quality of the food and for the picturesque surroundings.
